Project Overview
Ongoing product design work at Eduki, a large-scale educational marketplace serving teachers across multiple countries. The work focuses on improving discovery, evaluation, and decision-making flows within a complex, content-heavy platform used by a broad international audience.
Projects span web-first experiences and are developed in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, data, and design teams, within a mature product organisation.
Work includes aligning product constraints, business goals, and user needs through iteration and validation.

Project Overview
1555.gov.gr is a national digital service operated by the Greek Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, designed to centralise access to employment, insurance, and social support services. The platform serves a wide and diverse audience, with a strong emphasis on clarity, reliability, and accessibility.
The work focused on reducing friction in critical user flows, improving information hierarchy, and simplifying interactions across complex service structures—supporting users in completing tasks efficiently without reliance on phone-based support.
The redesign improved overall usability, reducing request submission time by 40%+ and making navigation clearer and more intuitive.This project highlighted the importance of designing around real user needs—especially in public services, where simplicity directly impacts adoption and effectiveness.
