Project Overview
The 1555.gov.gr digital service is a platform provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs for handling employment, insurance, and social issues. The website aims to offer users quick, easy, and reliable access to public services without the need for phone calls.
User Researh:Identified pain points in the current platform.
Improve Usability:Enhanced the experience by simplifying request submissions and portal navigation.
Streamline Navigation: Ensure a smooth and user-friendly interface to facilitate quick and easy access to the desired services.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Used Figma to create wireframes and prototypes to optimize the request flow.
UI & User Flow: Redesigned key elements for clarity and easier navigation.
Testing: Iterated based on stakeholder feedback from prototype testing.
The redesign significantly improved the user experience, reducing the request submission time by over 40% and making navigation more intuitive. Reflection: This project reinforced the importance of aligning design with user needs, particularly in public services, where simplicity is key to success.

My Brand
As a UX/UI designer, I took on the challenge of building this scuba diving apparel brand from the ground up 4 years ago—handling everything from logo design to product creation. Here’s a glimpse of what I’ve been working on:
DIVER BUBBLES, captures the essence of the underwater world with a vibrant and dynamic design.
🤝 Collaborations – Partnered with eco-friendly businesses to give back to the environment 🌍 With each purchase, we donate to environmental causes.
I personally design each piece of our scuba diving apparel with a focus on both aesthetics and performance.

To The Plane Aegean Airlines App
Imagine arriving in Athens for the first time. Leaving the airport is easy—just follow the signs and take a taxi. After a week, heading home becomes trickier. You know your terminal, but finding baggage drop, security, and your gate can be confusing. Plus, you need the right documents. → Enter ToThePlane: an app that guides you through the airport using just your flight number and date, organizing your documents for a smoother trip.
